Klausner's passion for photography ignited during his junior high school years, a period when film cameras were the primary medium for capturing still images. Since then, he has refined his artistic skills alongside the advancements in imaging technology.
Following his college years, Klausner dedicated two decades to producing his own acclaimed hand-drawn animated short films. During this time, he pursued additional education at the Graduate Art Program at U.C. Davis and served as an adjunct instructor at the CA College of Arts & Crafts. His journey continued with a notable fourteen-year tenure as a senior digital artist at George Lucas' Industrial Light & Magic, where he contributed to the digital visual effects of blockbuster Hollywood movies. Post ILM, Klausner founded pixlfixl.com, an online platform specializing in the digital restoration of old family photos.
Over the past decade, Klausner has devoted his creative efforts exclusively to the development of his own artwork.
